Hosted Meets

The Dolphins host several swim meets during the year. These meets are great for our community and our team. These meets serve as fundraisers for our team and bring teams from all over the country to our area. As a club we try to sponsor three to five swimming meets in Elizabethtown Kentucky each year. These meets require our team parents and fans to volunteer their time and talent to make the events special. The past success of these meets and our volunteers have been outstanding. This is also a great opportunity to see our swimmers compete and check out the sport for your own family.

Etown Summer Classic (June 7 - 9, 2013)

This meet is held at our Olympic size 50 Meter outdoot pool and will run 3 days in the Summer typically the 2nd or 3rd weekend in June. This meet runs 3 days Friday through Sunday with a short day Friday evening. this is the same pool where state champs are held and gives kids the chance to preview this pool. This meet usually brings several out of state teams from Missouri, Ohio, Indiana, Georgia and Tennessee.

Kentucky Open Water Championship (June 16, 2013)

This meet will be held at Freeman Lake, in Etown.

Kentucky Long Course State Champs 13 & Over (July 25 - 29, 2013)

The Etown Dolphins will be holding the State Champsswim meet for 13 & Over. For complete information on this KYLSC championship meet go the the Kentucky Swimming website at www.kylsc.org.

Etown Dolphins Super Sprint Triathlon (September 8, 2013)

This event is co-host by the Etown Swim and Fitness Center. The swimming is done at the Olympic size 50 Meter outdoor pool. The bike and the run are at venues close to the ESFC. For more information please go to www.etownsprinttri.com.

Etown Winter Invite (November 16, 2013)

This meet is held at our indoor 25 yard 8 lanes at the ESFC. All swimmers swim all four strokes, and the winner on each age group is determined by the sum of the times in all four strokes. 8 & under swim 25's, 9-10 swims 50's, and 11 & over swim 100's..

Etown New Year's Kickoff (January 11, 2014)

This meet is held at the newly renovated indoor 25 yard 8 lanes at TK Middle School pool. All swimmers swim all four strokes, and the winner on each age group is determined by the sum of the times in all four strokes. 8 & under swim 25's, 9-10 swim 50's, 11-12 swim 100's, and 13 & over swim 200's..
