2010 Swim Lessons Program was a BLAST !!!

In April 2011 we will start teaching again, and at that time it will be YEAR ROUND !!!!

Below you find a DRAFT of the 2011 schedule.

Let's plan and get ready for Lakes, Beaches, Pools, etc.

Swimming for all levels of skills and ages
From Beginers to Champions
Can start/stop at any day
Heated pools (indoor and outdoor)
Don't have to be an ESFC member
Swim, learn, and Have Fun!!

2011 Swim Lessons Schedule (Tentative)

Group Swim Lessons (5 years old and up)

- Lessons are 4 times/week (Monday thru Thursday)

- Duration of each lesson: 30 min for Levels 1-5, and 60 min for Level 6.

- Price: $90/month

Level 1 (5-12 years old only - at TK Stone pool) – water adaptation
Level 2 (5-12 years old only - at TK Stone pool) – kicking
Level 3 (5-12 years old only - at TK Stone pool) – crawl stroke(freestyle)
Level 4 (5-12 years old only - at TK Stone pool) – backstroke
Level 5 (5-12 years old only - at TK Stone pool) – breaststroke & butterfly

Scheduled starting times for levels 1-5:

- April 4^th-May 26^th: 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm.

- May 31^st-July 28^th: 10:00am, 10:30am, 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm.

- Aug 1^st-Rest of year: 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm.

Level 6A (12-18 years old - at TK Stone pool) – for the swimmers who want to improve their technique and endurance. Perfect for High School swimmers and adults.

Scheduled starting times for Level 6A:

- May 2^nd-Aug 18^th: 6:30pm

Level 6B (adults - at ESFC) – for adults who want to improve their technique and endurance/fitness level.

Scheduled starting times for Level 6B:

- April 4^th- August 19^th: 6:00 am, 7:30pm

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR GROUP SWIM LESSONS

1- Fill out Registration form (will have the form in March 2011).

- Levels 1 to 5 and 6A: Bring your child to the pool to be tested so we can place him/her in the right level (TK Stone Middle School pool - 323 Morningside Dr - pool is on the back of the building). Testing times: from 5:00 to 6:30pm (it takes 10 minutes), any day from monday thru thursday.

- Level 6B: Go to the ESFC and leave your registration form to Coach Mavi. He will call you back to let you know if there is spot available.

PRIVATE (Individual) Swim Lessons (2 years old and up)

- For a more individual approach.

- Lessons can be given monday thru saturday (depending on Instructors availability).

- Duration: 30 minutes.

- Price: $20 per lesson, per swimmer, or $180 for ten Lessons package per swimmer (non ESFC member have to pay $5 extra each lesson for facility usage).

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR PRIVATE LESSONS:

1- Fill out Registration form (will have the form in March 2011), and leave it at ESFC front desk.

2- One of our Instructors will contact you to schedule your lesson(s).

3- On the 1st day of your lesson, make payment at front desk and bring receipt to Instructor.

4- ENJOY !!!!!
